SHIPPING & RETURNED ITEMS POLICY
If you’re looking to exchange your product order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a credit, or a different product that we carry.
We DO NOT offer refunds on any Education Purchases or Printed Material Downloads. We are happy to accommodate a different online or onsite training date.
Please note the following exceptions to our exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have not been opened and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a exchange, please complete the following steps:
- Email [email protected]
- List the product(s) you wish to exchange from your order.
- Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
- Send all items back to us using the label provided
To initiate a different training date, please complete the following steps:
- Email [email protected]
- Provide your company name or name and original training date.
- Provide preferred future dates that are listed choices from our website. If those dates do not work, we may be able to accommodate other solutions based on location.
- Once the product is received to our warehouse, if you choose a credit it will be applied to your account on your next order. If you choose an exchange, we will ship the product out and you will receive the new product it 5-8 business days after original product has been processed.
- Shipping fees for the exchange will be paid by the customer. To avoid additional shipping fee’s we recommend a credit on your account to be used towards future orders.
- 25% return restocking fee
- If your product is lost in transit, we will work with the courier company to track and retrieve it.
Returned Items On Non Delivery
Once your order is received, it is entered into our invoicing system to be processed for packaging and shipping. Once labelled and picked up by one of our couriers (UPS, Purolator) a tracking # is emailed directly to you from the Courier company. Please check your junk mail as at times can end up there.
Once the Courier Company has it in transit, it is out of our hands and the tracking # is provided to you, it is your responsibility to track its location.
If the Courier attempts delivery and the package is sent back to us being “Non Deliveried” or “Returned By Sender” we will contact you to see how you would like to move forward.
- 25% return restocking fee will be invoiced to the company or individual of the original purchase
- We will not resend the item back to you without additional shipping charges.
